Objetivo
- This project aims at improving career-related learning and self-exploration during the first step of school education. This improvement addresses the need of building effective models and innovative resources for preventing early school leaving (ESL) and educational disengagement of pupils and families. Career learning refers to a series of activities aimed at helping children understand who they can become and at helping them develop a healthy and positive sense of self that will enable them to reach their full potential, challenge stereotypes and broaden horizons. Career learning in primary education has been shown to significantly impact children's aspirations and motivation.

Destinatarios
The community of teachers, school counsellors and educators from the partner schools and from the associated schools and schools in the network already identified by the consortium.

Resultados previstos
- PR1 - Career learning at school: pedagogical models and methodological guidelines (a handbook)
- PR2 - Career Learning Units (a series of at least 18 well described activities to promote career related learning and challenge career stereotypes in 5 languages) and curriculum mapping.
- PR3 - Educational Career learning Games for Schools & Communities (in 5 languages).
- PR4 - Training for teachers.
This set of products will create a coherent system of educational resources for all schools and communities to introduce or improve career learning for all pupils and to support and enhance the role of whole education community.
